  I can say good things about my experience. I get there 30 minuets before they close and Kristopher gave over the top of customer service. He walked me threw the transaction so I knew what to expect. Asked me questions on my needs and match those with different beds to try. He told me he could get the bed to me in a couple days and the delivery team would call me to give me a 2 hr window of delivery. He told me the would call me the day before to confirm delivery window. The delivery company didn't call me all day so I called kris and he told I should be getting a call in the next 30min. They call with in the next 10 minutes and confirm the delivery. They called me the day of delivery telling they were 10 minutes away the dropped it off and set it up for me.
